Ramble Alert

Okay this will definetly be a ramble blog! I have been trying to think of something really great to blog about and nothing comes to mind....so here goes.


First the frig is STILL NOT FIXED! Wanna know what is wrong? The Compressor! but good for us it was still under warranty but only by a few months! Thank goodness. The parts are ordered(they actually arrived today) and Mr. Sears will be back out on Monday to finish fixing it! Of course...it is another we will be there between 8 and 5---OKAY so we have to sit here again and wait! WAIT! WAIT! WAIT! I am not patient person so the word WAIT is hard to find in my vocabulary!


Let's see what else is happening in the Markley home....nothing exciting....work, work and more work! Todd and I both have been really busy at work. I have to work on all my evaluations for this week so I have been busy doing them! They really aren't that bad once you start doing them it is just getting in the groove to do them....I worked on them and then reviewed them with my boss...when I finished reviewing them my boss now where is your's? WHAT? He wanted me to write up my own evaluation and then he would make changes as necessary! Talking about hard...it is very hard to do an evaluation on yourself. I am not a braggy or boastful person so it was very hard for me! I did it and sent it to him....I was glad when he came back and gave me exceptional in several areas! That made me SMILE!!!!!


We finally get Lauren again this weekend. I can't wait to see her. It seems like alot longer than two weeks since we had her last. She is such a bright shining light when she is here. She really makes us laugh! She is SOOOOOO very funny!


Miranda has been working hard in school...it is getting down to the end...Can you believe school is almost out? I can't--I cannot believe that Miranda will be in 8th grade next year! I am getting to old!!!

So I started this blog last night and stopped and now I am picking back up! Well it is FINALLY Friday-thank goodness! Things have been crazy at work but I am finally getting caught up somewhat so I am really excited about that.

We are getting ready to watch basketball all weekend. Memphis plays tonight so we are hoping for a good game and another WIN!!!! There is a local furniture store that made a deal with customers that they could come in and finance as much furniture as possible and if Memphis wins the NCAA championship they will pay off their furniture. Can you image that? I would have loved to do that but my luck Memphis wouldn't win and I would be stuck with a large furniture bill!

Well I plan on just relaxing and taking it easy this weekend.
