Time

Well I guess time has really slipped up on me...it has almost been a month since I posted anything! Where does time go? Well let me tell you

Let's see where to begin. I have been working many long hours around 50 hours a week for the last couple of weeks so I have been exhausted at night and on the weekends. I have been slowly but surely adding exercise to my life as a daily routine. It was a struggle at first but it is getting easier. I want it to be more of a life change than a "have to" thing.

Also I spent the last two weeks getting Miranda ready to go to Washington. Well I survived it! I say I survived it b/c it was the first time that she flew on a plan and was that far away from me with no family around. As I expected she did wonderfully. She has such a GREAT time and learned alot. She made lots of new friends also. I am so proud of her. I was thinking the other night while she was gone that when I was her age I would have never dreamed of going somewhere by myself for a week where I did not know someone! Boy she is so much like me but so much not like me in certain ways! I am just a proud mother! She makes me smile each and every day!

Todd has been very busy with work! He had a big project he was working on and finally finished it up this week! It was a big success and he got lots of kudos from everyone @ work so I was very proud of him.

Lauren is growing up so much and is so smart! I am so proud of her also! She is really a joy to be around! I love having her on the weekends!


Last night around 12:30 I woke up to the most awful sound I had ever heard...it took me a second to realize that it was a hail storm! It was so loud and scarey! I could not believe how loud it was! It lasted for about 10 minutes and then it just stormed. Okay so we all got settled back into bed and we ready to really sleep good and then about 3:30 it did it again! I was so scared we would have damage but luckily we did not have any!!!!

I have been spending time today cleaning and watching some basketball games! I really needed to be doing some of my work but I decided that today would be a day off! I guess I will work on it some tomorrow!!!

For now that is all the excitement in my life! Not much but I seem to stay busy!!!
